Many of you ask me how do I get my protein and which blender do I use. So here it is…

- – you can also add coconut, any other fruit or superfoods. Sometimes I add chia seeds, MSM, barley grass, almond or peanut butter.

My savior is my loud blender called Omniblend. It is the cheapest, but as effective. This lean mean machine can crush any nuts, ice, veggies or fruit. With it you can make raw cakes, smoothies, even soups and sauces. The possibilities are endless…
