Look what landed on my doorstep right from Slovenia… No, not a smoothie bowl, but the little delicious things on top! I was fortunate enough to receive a gift from Super-Hrana and try their Goji Berries, Chia Seeds, Mulberries and most of all my favourite Sunwarrior Protein Chocolate Blend. I can’t get enough of these amazing vegan protein powder, they are incredibly delicious, with no sugar, but filled with good protein. Here is what I’ve made with these ingredients – my favourite breakfast, the Protein Smoothie Bowl.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups fresh spinach / or any other greens (kale, collard greens, etc.)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup filtered water or almond milk or coconut water
  • 1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder Sunwarrior
  • 1 Tbsp organic almond butter (optional)
  • 1 tsp of Acai powder

TOPPING

Combine all ingredients into a high speed blender until thick and creamy. Pour into a large bowl and top with granola of your choice and toppings. Serve immediately. Enjoy with a spoon!
