Green Smoothie Bowl

I’ve been drinking green smoothie for breakfast for quite some time now! There’s a certain sense of accomplishment that comes with doing a yoga session and getting in two servings each of fruit and vegetables before 10 a.m. But there is a new thing that I'm completely addicted to - smoothie BOWLS!  Yes, bowls. You are probably wondering, why would you put a smoothie in a bowl... Well first of all they make an even more of a complete meal and they are super fun too! Just add your favourite topping and be creative. Yes please!

  • gf - gluten free
  • r - raw
  • v - vegetarian
  • veg -vegan
  • Ingredients
  • 1/4 avocado (optional)
  • 2 bananas, frozen
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 2 handfuls spinach
  • 1 handful kale
  • 2 cups plant-based milk
  • 2 Tbsp almond butter
  • 1 scoop Sunwarrior protein powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp green probiotic (optional)
  • Toppings
  • toasted coconut
  • tahini and honey
  • apple / berries / banana
  • chia seeds
  • muesli of your choice
  • goji berries

Blend all of the ingredients until smooth. Divide into two bowls and add your favourite toppings on top. Take a picture and then enjoy!
