Today is something not rawish, but still very healthy and nutritional. Pancakes with cottage cheese and apples, very similar to our traditional “Prekmurska gibanica”. I love this dish because I get a lot of protein and it’s so delish!
- 1/2 kg Kamut flour or Spelled flour
- 1l kamut or coconut or ordinary milk
- 2 eggs (if you don’t want to use eggs, replace it with 50ml coconut oil and 200ml soy creme)
- pinch of salt
- 2 tbs of vanilla
- 2 tbs honey or agave
I think everybody knows how to make then 😉 Just mix every ingredient together, leave it for about 10 min and make them on coconut oil.
- Cottage cheese (i use about 400g)
- 2 Apples
- Ground walnuts
Mix the cottage cheese with poppy and grounded walnuts. Place it on a pancake, add apples on top and honey.
