Do you sometimes wake up and have an enormous craving for cookies and coffee in the morning? Me too, yes cookies are deliciously comforting and practically irresistible.  So go ahead and ease your sweet tooth with these delectable treats – gluten free, sugar free yummy chocolate coconut cookies.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cups oat flour or buckwheat flour
  • 1 cups coconut flour
  • 1/3 cups agave/maple or rice malt syrup
  • 1/3 cups cocoa
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • vanilla powder
  • cinnamon
  • pinch of salt

Now what?

Easy… mix everything together and leave it to bind together for about 15 minutes. Next, make little pokies and bake for 15 minutes on 100C.
