I’m so excited to share this recipe with you guys! Did you know that you can have cookies with protein! Yes you can and they are absolutely incredible. I’ve always experimented with different protein powders and I’ve finally found my favourite one that doesn’t have incredible amounts of sugar and that it’s plant based.
Sunwarrior* was the answer! My favourite is the Chocolate Blend and this time I didn’t just put it in my smoothie or porridge, but I’ve made the most beautiful cookies!

Best Vegan Protein Cookies
- 1 scoop Sunwarrior Chocolate Blend (or any other plant based protein powder)
- 2 cups oat flour
- 3 Tbsp flaxseed meal mixed with 6 Tbsp water (instead of eggs)
- 1/4 cups coconut sugar
- ½ cups peanut butter and almond butter
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil
- pinch salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp cacao powder
- 1 cup 70% dark chocolate, chopped
Heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. In a big bowl mix all of the ingredients together (easy peasy!). This can be shapped into cookies or protein bars. Bake from 10-15minutes and when completely cooled, serve them!
